Don't forget to breathe.
Life is busy. Sometimes things are great, sometimes our days are filled with stress, often times the day is over before we have time to realize that our day actually happened.
March is nearly upon us and spring will be racing in before we know it. Our days will grow longer but they will be just as filled. It is important to take a few minutes to stop and just breathe. Or stop and sit down and look at the sky, or a bird, or the melting snow with bits of mud in it. Take a moment. A full moment. Take a big breath and realize where you are.
You might be surprised to realize that some of the tension leaves your shoulders, your eyes feel more open and you have a renewed energy.
